The I-Ching Principles

The I-Ching, or Book of Changes, is a classic Chinese text written thousands of years ago. It is about the science of the natural universe.

Yin and Yang Principles

Yin and Yang rest on the belief that wholeness is composed in the union of opposites. They are both complementary and interdependent.

Internal Organ Massage

Specific arm, leg, and body motions facilitate the movement, massage, or “exercise” of the internal organs of the body.
