Self-confidence is a good way to unlock a person’s full potential. People exist along with driving energy. It could be an idea, a belief, or a faith that pushes and pulls us. Confidence is what motivates us to move forward. Our daily life is fueled by our energy and confidence that determines our mental health. But what happens if we lose self-confidence?
