Focus: Physical Shape, Alignment, and The "Wringing Out"
Level 1 is about building the physical container. Before you can master energy or flow, you must establish Structure (Jing). In this level, you will master the foundational Dragon Meridian movements designed to act like a wet towel being wrung out—squeezing stagnation out of the organs and physically decompressing the spine.
The Transformation: You move from chronic stiffness to fluid mobility, building a physical "vessel" capable of conducting high-voltage energy without "leaking" power.
