We have a variety of medically integrated courses, but not one titled 'Medical Qigong Course'. A great place to start is 8 Trigram Qigong. Please note that unless you attend our in‑person Teacher Training Events, you won’t be certified as a teacher.

Can I be an apprentice to Master Tevia?

What is the difference between 5 Animal Summer Roads and Winter Roads?

Levels 1‑10 are Summer Roads, and levels 11‑20 are Winter Roads. They’re sequenced by theme, not difficulty, so it doesn’t matter which you do first. If you'd like a deeper explanation, consider purchasing the eBook or course.

What is the difference between 5 Animals and 5 Element Qigong?

The differences are extensive. Please refer to our Blog or YouTube channel for a detailed comparison and explanation.

How do I find a teacher in my local area?

You can locate White Tiger Qigong Instructors in your area via our site and contact them for availability.

Where is White Tiger Qigong located?

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes! The program is designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners, and you can go at your own pace.

I am severely obese. Can I still do this course?

The program includes about 1.5 hours of daily practice. If you can manage that, yes. Please consult your doctor if unsure.

Is there a time limit for this program?

There is no time limit—you can follow the program at your own pace. However, the suggested structure may be most beneficial.

I am already old. Can I practice Qigong?

Absolutely. Qigong is accessible to all ages, and we teach modified forms suited for older practitioners.

I have already done this course before. Should I still take it again?

Yes. Master Tevia teaches new, more advanced techniques that will enhance your current practice.

Can I still become a teacher after the training?

It depends on your progress. If you follow the step‑by‑step system and practice diligently, you have a high chance of passing certification.

How do I get Teacher Training Certification after training?

Complete a certification course, pass the written test, and submit video analysis and forms after the module is done.

Can I teach after finishing Level 1?

You’ll receive a Certificate of Participation for each week. To become a Certified Instructor, you must complete all three weeks of one module (200 hours), pass the test, and submit the required video analysis.

Do you teach treatment techniques or only Qigong forms?

We teach both. Treatment techniques are integrated with forms, anatomy, fascia, and Chinese Medicine.

I do not want to become a teacher. Is this course still for me?

Yes, definitely. You’ll still earn credit towards teacher training if you decide to pursue it later.

What is the schedule?

Each week includes new lessons in theory, breathing, meditation, dynamic exercises, and homework assignments.

What is the difference between Online Intensive Level 1 and regular courses?

The online intensive includes: in‑depth theory, homework, quizzes, breathing Qigong, live weekly Q&A, concentration meditation, and video analysis (if the course is live). These aren’t included in regular courses.

Do I pay only for level 4 or all levels in a payment plan?

You must pay for levels 1‑4, with the early bird discount applied to each as offered.

Is payment in US dollars?

Yes, all prices are in US dollars.

Can I take longer than 15 weeks to complete the course?

Certainly—you can proceed at your own pace. The 15‑week timeline is only a suggested guideline.

How many hours per week should I study?

We recommend a minimum of 3–5 hours per week; ideally, 1 hour daily on 5–6 days each week.

I have had mental illness. Is this course suitable for me?

Qigong is not recommended for severe schizophrenia (risk of hallucinations) or if currently suicidal. Please consult your healthcare provider.

Does Qigong help with health concerns?

Many people find Qigong helpful, but results vary. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have specific concerns.
