- Reach the deep organ layer: the emotions your organs hold that the mind cannot talk its way out of. You will learn why 5 Element Qigong is the deepest and most dynamic of the four systems, using deep strengthening stances and full breathing to open and charge each organ system and the emotions bound to it.
- Experience the integration layer: why coordinated, circular movement connects the other three. You will learn how 8 Trigram Qigong trains circulation, balance, and whole body coordination, and why static practices build separate pieces while circular movement trains the body to operate as a single system.
- Direct your breath: the switch for the nervous system and the gateway to inner alchemy. You will learn how breath regulates the nervous system and decides whether the body can adapt and recover, and how directed breath becomes the gateway to refining Jing, Qi, and Shen.
- Feel a dimension come online, live, in your own body. You will test a Dragon Meridian movement, layer in Cleansing Breath and a movement from 8 Trigram, then re-test and feel the difference in your own range and ease.
- Watch a live demonstration of the Water (Kidney) form. You will experience the deepest of the five 5 Element forms, so you see the depth the full path trains.

Lisa Fabry
Lisa Fabry is a White Tiger Qigong Instructor, Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist, and Author with over 30 years of experience exploring the connection between movement, breath, energy, and wellbeing.
A dedicated White Tiger practitioner since 2021, Lisa has trained extensively with Tevia Feng across all five White Tiger teacher certification pathways. Her teaching blends depth of knowledge with a practical, down-to-earth approach, making Qigong accessible to students of all ages and experience levels.
Originally from Australia and now based in San Francisco, Lisa is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more grounded, and more at home in their bodies. Through classes, workshops, and online programs, she supports people in building vitality, resilience, and lasting wellbeing from the inside out.
