Course Overhaul: A New Era of Learning
Based on your feedback from surveys and community input, we’ve completely upgraded our core programs: 5 Element Qigong and 8 Trigram Qigong. These upgrades include:
- 4K multi-angle videos featuring instructors of different ages and abilities
- Clearer instructions paired with visuals for a smoother learning experience
- Upgraded PDFs, checklists, and quizzes to deepen your understanding
If you already own these courses, you’re automatically grandfathered in at no extra cost. For future students, discounted upgrade options will be available.
Live Class Enhancements
Our live classes now feature in-depth lesson guides and downloadable PDFs, designed for all types of learners—whether you learn best visually, kinesthetically, or through written content. This is part of our ongoing promise to continually refine and enhance your experience.
Website Speed & Experience
We've upgraded our entire website infrastructure to be blazing fast—we're now ranked in the top percentile for speed by Google. Navigation is simpler, checkout is smoother, and more changes are coming. Thanks to those who filled out our website survey—your insights are shaping the next wave of improvements.
5 FORCE FIT Evolution
Our 5 FORCE FIT program—where high-intensity interval training meets Qigong—is also expanding. Instructors with a license in our Qigong Instructor Network will now receive:
- Improved class sequences
- Updated PDFs
- Ongoing market research reports to help you promote your classes effectively
On May 14, we’ll debut our live 5 FORCE FIT class, supported by a new research paper showing the longevity benefits of HIIT combined with Qigong.
Teacher Mastermind
Finally, our upcoming White Tiger Qigong Mastermind is a powerful space for teachers to connect, share insights, and strategize together on the future of our industry. We're aligning to support each other in growing our reach and deepening our impact. Teachers can find the information for this event in the private Whatsapp Group.
