An in-person Ba Duan Jin teacher training with Tevia Feng and the White Tiger Qigong senior team at Alba Wellness Valley, Hue, Vietnam, 15 to 27 February 2027. You learn the canonical 8 Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) plus 3 monastic-lineage movements. "Eleven Pieces of Brocade" is our name for the combined practice.
Choose your option:
- Retreat Only - 1 Week: Level 1, Body (Jing). In person, 15 to 20 February 2027.
- Levels 1-2: Level 1, Body (Jing), 15 to 20 February, and Level 2, Breath (Qi), 22 to 27 February 2027. Both in person.
- Levels 1-5: Levels 1 and 2 in person, then Level 3, Spirit (Shen), Level 4, Prescription, and Level 5, Teacher Training, online in March and April 2027. Pass the Level 5 assessment to become a Certified Instructor.
Every participant receives a Certificate of Completion for the hours attended. Tuition only: accommodation and food are not included.
