Studying White Tiger Qigong has been transformative. I gained a deep understanding of Qigong, learned about kinetic chains, and combined Chinese medicine and fascia work with my skills in massage and performance art. Connecting with diverse practitioners was a beautiful experience, and White Tiger Qigong truly stands out as the best course in the world.

My expectations before the course were to learn new things and feel more connected to my body through other practices, such as yoga and Chinese medicine. However, I had never experienced a long course in Qigong before. I was really hoping and expecting to move my Qi, feel more in tune with my body, feel better, and gain more energy. My expectations were definitely met. Even in the first week of this three-week course, I felt more open, flexible, and stronger in my joints, which was a pleasant surprise and met my expectations.
