From Bali to Hue, Vietnam: Our New Training Destination




This month marks our final scheduled training in Bali as we transition to our new location in serene Hue, Vietnam. Surrounded by bamboo forests, mountains, thermal hot springs, and an organic farm, our Hue training center provides a profound atmosphere for Qigong mastery.

In Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Late Summer (August) is associated with the Earth element—a time for nourishment, grounding, and harmonizing digestion. Here’s a simple daily practice:

5-Minute Qigong Grounding Practice
- Stand barefoot outdoors, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Rest hands gently on your lower abdomen (Dantian).
- Breathe deeply into your belly: Inhale for 4 counts, exhale slowly for 6 counts.
- With each exhale, visualize releasing worry into the earth beneath you.
- Conclude by gently circling your abdomen clockwise, harmonizing your digestion.
Incorporating this grounding practice into your daily routine enhances stability, harmonizes energy, and prepares you energetically for the coming season.
